PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
-
Schedule and maintain work by coordinating with all necessary parties.
-
Attend required meetings and consistently relay information to and from the General Contractor as needed.
-
Lead and document company site safety meetings.
-
Act as the Quality Control Inspector on behalf of ACS.
-
Be prepared to both enforce and audit Safety and Quality Standards and Procedures.
-
Responsible for coordinating deliveries and ensuring inventory levels are in line with project demands.
-
Communicate and track cost related items with company management.
-
Required to chronologically document work on a daily basis including progress, delays, deliveries, and all other requirements.
-
Track manpower needs and communicates as needed with Sr. leadership and office personnel.
-
Accurately estimate the time needed to complete project items.
-
Ensure the morale of the crew is kept high so everyone is motivated to work
EXPERIENCED CARPENTER / INSTALLER
-
Must be able to TRAVEL, work, and live with others for extended periods.
-
Having knowledge and experience in construction/interior finishes is beneficial.
-
Basic understanding of math concepts/fractions – the ability to read a tape measure is helpful.
-
Solid understanding of prints and other documents.
-
Knowledge of or ability to learn how to safely operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
-
Complete work without the need for direct supervision.
-
Assist all upper staff with day to day job site productivity.
-
Install items as instructed; work to meet or exceed schedule expectations given by Sr. Staff.
-
Must have the ability to follow instructions and handle constructive criticism.
-
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
-
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to job sites by passing a background investigation.
-
Able to verbally communicate effectively.
-
Having an eye for quality is highly desired.
-
Must see the value in providing superior products to our customers.

Compensation will be based on skill level – Annual pay range is $40,000 - $50,000.
-
Room for advancement within the company; internal company promotions are common. Skilled carpenters often move into or have roles of Job Foremen.
CABINET AND MILLWORK INSTALLER
-
Must be able to TRAVEL, live and work with others for extended periods
-
Highly familiar with millwork installation, including interior finishing, cabinetry, countertops, shelving systems, etc.
-
Ability to follow instruction and meet deadlines.
-
Work may range from Large volume cabinet and millwork install - to custom one of a kind specialty work.

Must be able to safely and effectively handle a wide variety of hand and power tools
-
Ability to make good decisions under pressure

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
-
Able to gain and maintain access to job sites by passing a background investigation.
ENTRY LEVEL CARPENTER / INSTALLER

Must be able to TRAVEL, work, and live with others for extended periods.

The desire to enter the construction industry to develop and refine skills with emphasis in commercial construction.

Basic understanding of math concepts/fractions – ability to read a tape measure is beneficial.

Knowledge of construction methods is beneficial.

Knowledge of how to safely operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
-
Must have the ability to follow instructions and handle constructive criticism.

Responsible for following the guidance of skilled carpenters, foremen, and supers.

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen.

Must be able to obtain and maintain access to job sites by passing a background investigation.

Able to verbally communicate effectively.
